The government of Finland offers its Finland Scholarship program for masters in English at different universities in the country.

Eligibility criteria for the Finland Scholarship program
The main eligibility criteria for this scholarship is that they are aimed at foreign students outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Likewise, the interested party must:
- Be accepted into an eligible master’s program at one of the above universities
- Have the certified level of English required by the study program
- Have an excellent academic record
- Fulfill the visa and residence permit requirements in Finland

Benefits of the Masters Scholarship Program in Finland
All base master’s scholarships feature:
- Exemption from tuition payment during the first year
- A relocation grant of at least €5,000
