The Ministry of Education, University and Vocational Training announces the Eduemprende Idea 2020 contest, within the framework of the Eduemprende Entrepreneurship Plan in the educational system of Galicia, in order to enhance the realization of business projects by the students of vocational training , sports or plastic arts and design of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, supported by public funds.
The three best company projects of each modality will be awarded.
Modality A: higher degree cycles:
- Incorporation into a company nursery of the Department of Education, University and Vocational Training.
- Igape technical advice.
- Economic endowment: first prize: 3,000 euros. Second prize: 2,000 euros. Third prize: 1,000 euros.
Modality B: medium grade cycles:
- Incorporation into a company nursery of the Department of Education, University and Vocational Training.
- Igape technical advice.
- Economic endowment: first prize: 3,000 euros. Second prize: 2,000 euros. Third prize: 1,000 euros.
The amount of these awards is co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and by the European Social Fund.
The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. If the last day of the period is non-working, it will be understood as extended to the first following business day.
REQUIREMENTS
Students who meet the following requirements may participate in this call:
- Be enrolled in the 2019/20 academic year in the professional, sports or plastic arts education and design courses of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, supported by public funds.
- Participation will have to be in a group, consisting of a minimum of two students and a maximum of four.
- Participants must meet the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiaries in accordance with article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on grants from Galicia, if they are up to date in compliance with tax obligations or against Social Security and of not having any outstanding debt with the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community, as indicated in article 11 of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9 / 2007.
