Being a disabled can be somewhat frustrating at times. One finds themselves always wondering if this world has a place for your kind. Most times they feel alienated whenever they hear their friends or classmates planning what their future is going to look like – their dream jobs, cars, and much more. When they hear them say all these, they often feel like crying their eyes out in a closet or whatsoever. Never mind all that though, the Google Lime Scholarship worth about $10,000 is here for them.
Now, it doesn’t matter who they are, where they are from, or what level of education they are currently at; as long as they have interest in science and technology related courses, this student grant is for them. Most disabled persons prefer to take their degree courses online by enrolling in an online university.
For the successful applicants of this student grant, a retreat will be organized for them by Google. To apply for this scholarship, one needs to possess and demonstrate leadership skills, and sound academic attributes.
This scholarship is specifically tailored for those who wish to continue their education either an Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree.
Scholars have the option of going to any traditional university to study under this scholarship or choose to enroll in an online university; anyone that is better for the scholar but most scholars prefer to take their degree online. This would help them avoid the stress of mobility and also keep them away from many peering eyes.
