MPower Financing offers annual international scholarships for outstanding international students who will be eligible to receive a total value of up to $10,000 while studying in an accredited university in the USA and Canada for the academic year of 2022-2023.

The scholarship is intended for international students and DACA students to help them further their educational journey and their career goals.
Mpower Financing offers Three scholarship categories for international students, MBA students, and Women in Stem that aim to help as many students as they can. They are also offering a monthly scholarship to support international students with their financial barriers.
MPOWER offers a variety of scholarships for international students seeking education in the United States or Canada. Many grants and scholarships have restrictions and admission fees that limit accessibility, but MPOWER makes scholarships available to international students.

MPower International MBA Scholarship
A new scholarship offered by the Mpower Financing is intended for international students with a total value of up to $10,000 to further their education in MBA degree at an accredited university. The applicants for this award don’t need to be a borrower to be able to apply.

Eligibility
If you are interested to apply for the MBA Scholarship, the applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be enrolled or admitted full-time in the MBA degree program in the USA or Canadian university which is supported by the MPower Financing.
- International students who are legally permitted to pursue their education in the USA or Canada.
- To pursue your education in the USA, the applicants must have a valid visa to permit their study in the USA or be protected under DACA or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
- To pursue your education in Canada, the applicants must have a valid visa permit to study in an accredited university or college supported by the MPower Financing.
Note: US citizen students who want to study in the USA and Canadian students who wish to study in Canada will not be considered for the scholarship.
Application Process
To apply for the scholarship the students must complete the application form in an online portal provided for the eligible applicants. The application form requires an essay, the essay must be submitted along with the application form.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled or admitted full-time in the degree program in the USA or Canadian university which is supported by the MPower Financing.
- International students who are legally permitted to pursue their education in the USA or Canada.
- To pursue your education in the USA, the applicants must have a valid visa to permit their study in the USA or be protected under DACA or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, must have a permanent visa or green card holder in the USA.
- To pursue your education in Canada, the applicants must have a valid visa permit to study in an accredited university or college supported by the MPower Financing, or the students who have a permanent resident visa in Canada.
Note: The scholarship is only intended for international students, therefore Canadian Citizens and US Citizen is not eligible to apply for the Global Citizen Scholarship.

The scholarship application can be completed in an online portal created by the provider, an additional essay along with your application must be completed.
International Women Stem Scholarship

Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled or admitted full-time in the degree program in the USA or Canadian university which is supported by the MPower Financing.
- International students who are legally permitted to pursue their education in the USA or Canada.
- To pursue your education in the USA, the applicants must have a valid visa to permit their study in the USA or be protected under DACA or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, must have a permanent visa or green card holder in the USA.

Scholarship Deadline
The deadline to complete and submit the application form is until July 15, 2022. All incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
Scholarship Selection
All submitted applications wil be reviewed by the panel of judges based on the quality outline of the submitted essay. MPOWER will check all available and valid entries and select finalists based on selection criteria. Three jurors will then assess the finalists’ entries and select the winner.
All submitted essays must be in the English Language, excellent communication skills in the English language, and a purpose vision is important in creating your essay.
