Scholarship details
The Destination Australia Scholarship Program (DAP) is the Australian Government’s new mobility program for domestic and international students to study in regional Australia. Over 1000 scholarships will be available each year to support both domestic and international students studying at regional campus locations in qualifications from a Certification IV level and above.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Available to Australian students to travel domestically or internationally.
- This scholarship program is to support higher education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers in regional Australia to provide scholarships to domestic and international students to study in regional Australia.
- The applicants must decide for this scholarship to consider to continue living and working in regional Australia post-study.
How to Apply
Students will need to look for eligible providers for the year of 2022 to be able to apply. This link is located on the website provided.
Reward
The reward is $15,000 per student chosen, and the applicants chosen will receive the $15,000 for a year term.
Deadline & Annual
June 15, 2021 is the deadline date for the 2021 – 2022 school year. However, the next deadline date is June 15, 2022 where students looking to travel can apply to next year. This is an annual scholarship program.
