The 3 year Studentship will provide tuition fees, a stipend of £15,609 per annum and a training allowance of £5,500.
Applicants from candidates from outside of the UK are welcome to apply and a full international tuition fee waiver is available for outstanding candidates.
International candidates have to be resident in the UK whilst doing the research.

Requirements:
- Acceptable course or subjects: Doctorate in the Department of Health Sciences.
- Students must have a master’s degree from a recognized university.
- To be considered for the scholarships, candidates must be admitted to a doctoral program at the University of Leicester. After registering, they can apply for this scholarship.
- Applicants must include in their application: CV, personal statement, degree certificates, and academic records of studies already completed and, if possible, academic records up to the date of the studies that are currently being carried out.
- Candidates must present evidence of English language proficiency, if applicable.
