The University of Texas at Tyler is calling all deserving local and international students to join the scholarship for the academic year of 2021-2022 and take the next step in their career in the USA.
The University offers several types of scholarship that suits every student needs to further their education.
The international and local students who will be commencing their undergraduate degree program are welcome to apply for the scholarship offered by the university.

Eligibility
All international students are eligible to apply for the scholarship and are awarded in any field courses offered by the university, the students must meet the criteria given by the University of Texas at Tyler.
- The students must be ranked in the top 25% in their high school graduate level and must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in high school and a minimum of 3.5 for those students who are enrolled in a secondary level home school.
Application Process
The international students who wish to apply must be admitted or enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at the university and the US citizen students must have completed their FAFSA.
Students are required to submit their official transcript of academic records of their previous secondary school attended.
The students who ish to be admitted at the university must be eligible for the admission requirements of the university and it will be base on the academic track, ACT and SAT score, high school rank, and preparation.
The international students whose first language is not the English language must submit their English proficiency test score and must meet the required score in TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE exam.
Scholarship Awards
The University of Texas in Tyler will be awarding an amount of $2000 for the deserving international and local citizens in the USA, to help further their education.
Scholarship Deadline
The deadline for scholarship application for the academic year of 2022-2023 is until December 1, 2021. The scholarship will be offered annually by the university.
