Back in the early 1990s, The School Antanimena opened its doors. The exact date for when the school began enrollment was in October 1992. In a twist of ironic fate, this school did not think that it would be able to open but instead became one of the first private tertiary institutes located in Madagascar.

Initially, the primary objective was to work towards the process of learning to contribute to the training of graduates who intend to follow including vocational higher education. Vocational schooling falls in line with learning a specific trade.

As a school, educators and teachers have the role to give the individual integral training for his eternal destiny, to help prepare people to be both free and responsible, to help youth give meaning to their lives, to help young people build their future and to ensure the human promotion of youth and their academic success.

As a school, ESCA educators and teachers have the role of giving the human person an integral formation in view of his eternal destiny, of helping to prepare free and responsible people, of helping young to give meaning to their lives, a hope, to help young people build their future, to ensure the human advancement of young people and their academic success, to educate young people in a sense of community and ensure their social commitments, to awaken young people to Gospel values: justice, truth, charity, peace. With respect for the person and for freedom, help them gain faith in Jesus Christ and his Church.

If the student wishes to pursue two vocational skills they can use their amount to split and pay for a portion of the other training they wish to acquire.
