Inviting all students from developing country to apply for the 2018 World Veterinary Association Veterinary Students Scholarships for Students from Developing Countries.
Based on the successful release of the MSD Animal Health and WVA Veterinary Student Scholarship Program 2016, MSD Animal Health and WVA decided to continue the good partnerships and to launch the Veterinary Student Scholarship Program 2017 to include 41 scholarships of 5000$ US Dollar of a total of $205,000 US Dollar to be delivered to selected students from countries in the regions of Latin America-16 grants, Africa-10 grants, North Africa/Middle East-10 grants and Asia/Oceania-5 grants by mid-2018.
This scholarship is to pursue the master’s degree, to learn in the veterinary field. Scholarship amounting up to 5,000$ US Dollar each and can be taken in Belgium.
To be eligible students must be a Citizen of one of the countries under the grant coverage, Second or Third-year veterinary students, Currently enrolled and in good standing at a recognized school of veterinary medicine in their country.
The application is in English, French, and Spanish and will be reviewed by the WVA Review Committee. The declaration of the selected students will be done during the World Veterinary Association Congress in Barcelona, Spain between 5 and 8 May of 2018.
The deadline for application is 1st January 2018, 12:00 pm (Brussels time).
