The University of Queensland offers a Ph.D. Scholarship in Engineering and Computing for successful international students.

For admission, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an approved university with at least an IIA honors class or equivalent or a master’s degree in research or a master’s degree in coursework with an overall grade point average of 5.65 on the UQ scale of 7 points.
A graduate degree (in at least one year full-time or equivalent) with an overall grade point average of 5 on the 7-point UQ scale or a bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of relevant research experience, including publications research.
Eligible course or subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in Engineering and Computing.

- The scholarship offers $30,000 per year (2022 rate), indexed annually. Foreign Student Health Coverage (OSHC) for singles, couples, and families is also available.
- The scholarship does not cover travel expenses or study materials.
