Scholarship details
The International Tuition Awards is a scholarship program sponsored by the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. The program supports international students, who are enrolled in a full-time research-based Ph.D. (doctoral) or Master’s program, with their tuition fees. The scholarship is primarily for international students.
Sponsor: The scholarship is hosted by the Graduate school, University of British Columbia, Canada.
Scholarship level: For Masters and PhD programs in all study areas.
Scholarship amount/value/inclusions: An estimate of $3,200 per year.
How to apply
First of all, all international students who pass the eligibility criteria will automatically be considered for this scholarship opportunity.
Thereafter, the students have to confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements, and accept the scholarship offer online through the Student Service Centre.
For students who attain the status of Permanent Residents or Landed Immigrants during their enrollment at UBC, they would need to submit a copy of their Record of Landing to the Office of the Registrar.
For students who have not been assigned this scholarship opportunity and are eligible, they are required to reach out to the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
Deadline: No specific deadline has been assigned for this scholarship. International students are automatically qualified for the program once they are enrolled for study at UBC. There is no need for any application.
