Australia Awards are prestigious international scholarships and short courses offering the next generation of global leaders an opportunity to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia.
Eligibility & Requirements
- This scholarship award is about presenting and promoting the growth of the region.
- Undergraduate and post-graduate students can apply as long as the applicants attend an Australian universities.
- Scholars are required to leave Australia for a minimum of two years after completing their scholarship. Failure to do so will result in the scholar incurring a debt for the total accrued cost of their scholarship.
- Applicants who want to accept an Australia Awards Scholarship will need to sign a contract with the Commonwealth of Australia declaring that they will comply with the conditions of the scholarship.

Applicants will go to the Online Australia Scholarships Information System page. From there each applicant needs to fill out the questions provided.
Reward
Full tuition will be paid, along with living expenses and a monthly allowances are allowed to be paid for in full.

The deadlines depend on individual countries. Applicants need to check the list offered that shows what countries close the deadline to their scholarship award since this is a government based scholarship award.
