The CPIE Undergraduate Scholarship hosted by Queensland University of Technology Applications is invited for the year 2023. It is an Australian undergraduate scholarship.
The new Business Partners in Excellence (CPIE) scholarship is now available to all new students starting their studies in 2023 at the University. The CPIE Undergraduate Scholarship in Australia is available to Australian or New Zealand citizens.

This scholarship is available to Australian or New Zealand citizens.
Scholarship Worth
- You will receive:
- a scholarship valued at $36,000 paid in semester installments over three years, to be spent on HECS-HELP, college fees, textbooks, and living expenses
- two 15-week internships with one or more of our corporate partners.
* Dues of $6,000 per semester are paid after the HECS-HELP Census date once contract conditions are met. Other benefits may include :
- Automatic QUT College of Excellence Membership
- Automatic invitation to the start of the College of Excellence year camp.
- Priority access to the QUT Business School Business Advantage program.
- The opportunity to represent QUT Business School in international case competitions.
- The chance to represent QUT through the Student Ambassador Program.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- graduate year 12 in 2023 or have graduated year 12 in 2023, from an Australian secondary school
- and be enrolled in college for the first time in 2023 (except START QUT and similar programs)
- achieve an OP 1-5 (excluding OP and selection range adjustments)
- be prepared to accept an offer from QTAC for a full-time place on the Bachelor of Business (BS05) *In the case of a scholarship offer.
- Do not defer your QTAC offer.
* This program is not aligned with other business titles.
You must also:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen.
- be a permanent resident or have a permanent humanitarian visa
- Complete and submit the scholarship application by the due date.
- be prepared to complete all three stages of the scholarship selection
- Does not accept any other QUT academic scholarship.
How to Apply for the Queensland University of Technology CPIE Undergraduate Scholarship in Australia
Step 1: Request your course
The CPIE program aligns with our unique Bachelor of Business degree, so you will need to apply for this course. Dual degrees and Bachelor of Business – International are not eligible.
Submit your QTAC application and include QUT Bachelor of Business (BS05) as one of your preferences.
We recommend that you rank the courses in your QTAC application in the order of your preference. However, to receive the scholarship you must accept an offer to study a single Bachelor of Business degree (BS05). If you are offered a scholarship but the Bachelor of Business is not your highest preference, we will give you the option to reorder your QTAC preferences before the first round of offers to ensure you are offered a place on the course.
Step 2: Apply for the scholarship.
To submit a complete application, you must include:
- your QTAC identification number
- copies of Year 11 (Semesters 1 and 2) and Year 12 (Semester 1) results
- Letters of support from two referees (school, work, or personal).
- Written answers to four questions are explained in the application form.
