In order for students to get the most out of their education, teachers are there to guide them through both the required and optional components of the curriculum. One of the most illustrious graduates to come out of Melbourne University is Professor Ian H. Frazer (Leader of the Groundbreaking Gardasil Vaccine).
The climate in Melbourne is notoriously unpredictable, and this is largely due to the city’s location on a peninsula that extends into the ocean. Because of its location at the point of convergence of extremely hot interior regions and the cool Southern Ocean, the climate of Melbourne is naturally moderated. It has the potential to play a role in the development of powerful cold fronts if it continues for an extended period of time. The spring and the summer are the seasons in which it is most obvious. These cold fronts have the potential to bring with them significant temperature drops, hail, severe thunderstorms, and high winds. Additionally, they can bring prolonged precipitation and significant temperature drops. In the winter, the temperatures in Melbourne are significantly lower than those in any of the other state capitals located on the Australian mainland. Although it is possible to experience temperatures as low as -2.8 degrees Celsius, snowfall is relatively rare. During the winter months, it is more common for there to be frost and fog in Melbourne. Instead than only carrying a windbreaker, it is recommended that you bring a fall coat with the “Canadian” moniker.
