Applicants must be international students and meet the following requirements: students whose high school was completed outside of the US; Students entering UC directly from a university outside of the US; Students entering UC through Conditional Admission; Foreign nationals who have completed (or are completing) an associate’s degree from an accredited university or community college in the US or outside the US; Foreign transfer students who have earned at least 24 semester hours of college-level course credit at a university outside of the U.S.

- The scholarship offers $ 8,000 per academic year, renewable for up to the duration of an undergraduate course.
- The scholarship does not cover travel expenses, living expenses, medical insurance or study materials.

Requirements:
