About the Scholarship:
The University of Sydney, founded in 1850, is an open research university that is regarded as one of the best in the world. In addition, Queen Victoria granted it a Royal Charter in 1858. After receiving the Royal Charter, the university’s degrees were recognized as being on par with those offered by universities in the United Kingdom. New England University was affiliated with the University of Sydney in 1938, and it later became a separate university known as the University of New England. A few organizations, including the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Cumberland College of Health Sciences, and Guild Centre of Advanced Education, were also established on the premises. The university’s main campus is called Camper Down Campus, and it is located in Australia. Edmund Blacket designed it in Neo-Gothic style, and it is regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful universities. The campus is home to the university’s newly established faculties of science, social work, pharmacy, arts, economics, architecture, and veterinary science.
Furthermore, the campus is close to restaurants, cafes and bars, medical stores, department stores, general stores, and a variety of other shops that provide students with basic necessities. Sydney is also well-known for its nightlife, food, and culture. In this vibrant city, the students have a fantastic time. Undergraduate and postgraduate programs are available at the university, including professional degrees, specialist degrees, and liberal studies degrees. Art and Social Sciences, Architecture, Design and Planning, Business, Medical and Health, and Social Work and Music are among the subjects covered. Students are also given access to experienced faculty members as well as hands-on experience in the research industry. In addition, the university is visited by expert professionals who assist students in better understanding the curriculum.

Application Procedure
– You can apply for credit as part of your course application if you apply directly to the University. We will evaluate your credit after we have made a decision on your course application.
Credit types that are available
There are several types of credit available:
– Specific credit: credit granted for a specific unit of study when you have previously completed its exact equivalent at another institution.
– non-specific credit: when there is no equivalent unit of study here, credit for a certain number of credit points at a specific level may be considered.
– reduced volume of learning (RVL): this type of credit is used for some postgraduate courses to reduce the number of credit points required to complete the course based on a relevant previous qualification.
If the unit you completed is substantially similar to a University of Sydney unit, but credit cannot be given, you may be eligible to apply for a waiver. Waivers, unlike credit and RVL, do not reduce the length of your award course; instead, you must complete another unit in its place.
