The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada offers a scholarship called the Canada Graduate Scholarship and this is for the students pursuing the Masters and Doctoral degree at any University in Canada.
The scholarship aims to support a financial aid to outstanding scholars and will be receiving an amount of 13,800$ US Dollar which will be accepted by the students for a maximum of one year. Through this financial support, the students will be able to focus on their studies.
The students must be a permanent resident of Canada, enrolled or applied in any Canadian Institute. Good academic records for a full-time study, previously not held any CGS scholarship, submitted only one application to one of the scholarships each academic year.

Students must make sure that their application is being sent to an institution that has the field of research they wish to pursue. Students may also consult the Faculty of Graduate studies where they choose to hold the award, this is for proper guidelines on any subject that matters the eligibility.
This scholarship is being awarded annually and the deadline for the scholarship is by December 1st each year.
