Scholarship details
As per an understanding between the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) for the headway of science in creating nations, up to 200 students/researchers from everywhere throughout the world will be supported to contemplate in China for doctoral degrees for up to 4 years. This scholarship is in partnership with Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The scholarship is offered in the field areas of Agricultural Sciences, Structural, Cell, and Molecular Biology, Biological Systems and Organisms, Medical and Health Sciences incl. Neurosciences, Chemical Science, Engineering Science, Astronomy, Space and Earth Science, Mathematical Science, Physics. The scholarship will also be covered the visa and travel expenses, a monthly stipend, health insurance, local travel expenses tuition and application fee waivers.
This CAS-TWAS President’s Fellowship Program gives scholars or researchers that are non-Chinese residents a chance to seek after doctoral degrees at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) or Institutes of CAS around China.
Students must be age of 35 years on 31 December 2018, not holding a Chinese citizenship, should meet the admission criteria, and also willing to provide any evidence that he or she will return to their home country after the completion of education in China, a knowledge of English or Chinese language must also be provided.
The deadline for this application is until March 31, 2018.
