The Czech Republic offers its government scholarship for students coming from developing third-world countries and who wants to pursue a doctoral studies in Finance offered by – Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The government scholarship is among the programs that operates under the State’s Foreign Development Assistance. The scholarship covers two category. This specific government scholarship program is designed to cover the standard length of study for follow-up doctoral study programs. This category is applicable for students who enroll in programs with instructions in the English Language.
The study aims to train finance professionals in a higher-level learning environment. Hence, you must possess professional maturity as evidenced by your experiences and developed competencies in terms financial management and analysis. Though the theories and principles of finance are taught in the undergraduate studies, it is important that you have that professional maturity to gain advanced perspective in appreciating these theories and principles. This program is designed for you to continue for a Ph.D.
This government scholarship program is intended for citizens coming from any developing third-world countries. Hence, you are not eligible if you are a citizen of Czech Republic or any of members of the European Union. Also, you are not eligible if you are holder of permanent residency. You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this program.
