Starting in January, Tourism Schools in Portugal will provide specialized training to immigrants, offering them a chance to build careers in this thriving industry. What the Program Offers
The training, conducted by Tourism Schools in Portugal, will last about three months, followed by a one-month internship to provide hands-on experience. The curriculum includes:

- Language Proficiency: Courses designed to help immigrants communicate effectively in Portuguese and other key languages.

Participants will receive a monthly stipend of €522.50, equal to Portugal’s Social Support Index, to cover basic living expenses. Additionally, travel costs for attending the program will also be reimbursed, reducing financial barriers for trainees.
How to Apply
Immigrants interested in joining the program must indicate their interest to AIMA, a government agency responsible for migrant affairs. AIMA will coordinate with Turismo de Portugal to finalize the selection process.
