Flinders University and the Australian Government forged a partnership to provide the bridge for the promising students who exhibits exemplar research skills. The Australian Government Research Training Program (AGRTP) Scholarship for international students is a scholarship program intended for international students. The program will help these deserving students to complete a research-oriented graduate degree in Flinders University. This program finances the tuition fees and the stipend. The AGRTP Scholarship program is very competitive. There are only 10 slots annually. For that matter, selection is a very competitive process.
The AGRTP Scholarship is awarded to candidates who demonstrate outstanding aptitude for independent research. AGRTP Scholarships are considered on the basis of academic merit, academic research training and research indicators and performances.
You should demonstrate an exemplar aptitude for independent research. You will be assessed based on academic merit, academic research training, and research indicators and performances. You should satisfy the academic entry requirements for a Master’s degree or research-oriented Doctorate degree. You should hold an Australian First Class Honors Degree or its equivalent. This equivalent undergraduate degree comprises a four-year study with the last year dedicated for a major research project. You should have superior command of the English language. For that matter, you are expected to pass the English Proficiency levels given by Flinders University. You are also required to submit evidences proving your English language competency. You should not hold any equivalent research-oriented graduate level degree. For that matter, you should commence such graduate degree under the scholarship for the first time. You should not hold any Australian citizenship, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizenship.
