Carleton College of the United States in conjunction with the Starr Foundation develop and promote the economic support award for Latino and Hispanic students interested in studying in the USA through full scholarships. This will provide the complete subscription of the selected course in undergraduate, fees, housing, food, health insurance and roundtrip plane ticket. Therefore, the student who applies for the aforementioned award must have an excellent academic record.
