Scholarship details
Candidates are welcome to apply for Dee Amy-Chinn Postgraduate Scholarship supported by the group of Dr Dee Amy-Chinn. The scholarship is available to both UK and worldwide students. The program is intended to help students with various beneficial encounters which have denoted their voyage to postgraduate study.
Dee, a teacher in the Division of Communication, Media and Culture at the University of Stirling, was instrumental in establishing the Gender Studies MSc/MLitt program. Dee kicked the bucket of entrail disease in December 2015 and a gift was produced using her family to finance these grants. Dee was the first in her family to go to college. She went to Lancaster University and later, mid-profession, learned at the Birkbeck University of London for her MA and MSc while proceeding to work all day. She went ahead to pick up a scholarship to do her PhD. Dee’s scholastic advantages were focused comprehensively on gender in the media and an open circle. She was enthusiastic about transparency and reasonable treatment for all.
Just candidates holding a present offer from the University of Stirling for the MSc/MLitt Gender Studies (Applied) program will be considered. The Scholarship is £2,000 or 2,800$ US Dollar and is paid to the beneficiary in two portions – toward the finish of September and the finish of January. If the chance that the beneficiary is contemplating a part-time the scholarship award will be disseminated in four portions more than two years. All students (full or part-time/abroad, home and EU) undertaking the MSc/MLitt Gender Studies (Applied) are qualified to apply.
