Schwarzman Scholars invites outstanding international students who will be commencing their master’s degree program in China for the academic year of 2022-2023. The scholarship is intended to support the students with fully-funded awards to focus on their studies and set aside their financial barriers.

About the Provider
Schwarzman Scholars annually supports 200 scholars from all over the world for one-year education in Masters degree, The scholarship will be taken at the Tsinghua University in Beijing.
The chosen scholars will be living in Beijing to pursue their master’s degree for a year and must be able to attend the given lectures, internships, seminars, mentorship, travel to the regions, and develop a better understanding of China.
Annually, there will be students who will be the future leader who has been selected in the scholarship awards that with open their minds and limited potential to serve the community and understanding between China and around the world.

Eligibility
The scholarship cohort reflects diversity, vitality, and vibrancy. Schwarzman Scholar takes the opportunity to understand others perspectives, cultures, and positions Applicants who best meet the program’s high requirements must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- International students who can demonstrate exceptional leadership skills that can be relevant to their chosen fields.
- Who can demonstrate their academic excellent
- Character and integrity
- Open-minded students
- Intellectual abilities
- Entrepreneurial skills
- Must be 18 years of age and no more than 29 years old during their application for the academic year of 2022.
- Must be an undergraduate degree holder.
Moreover, the students must be able to anticipate and act on the changes with their context and have a goal to be one of the next future leaders that may be able to contribute to the community in their home country.
The students who are currently admitted or enrolled in an undergraduate degree must be able to track their completion of the degree requirements until august 1 of the enrollment year of 2022. Certain requirements will be needed for any specific field or courses, all degree courses will be accepted.
Language Requirements
All interested international students must be able to have good communication skills in the English language oral and written. All subjects will be thought in the English language, for the students whose native language is not the English language the proficiency test must be submitted along with the scholarship application.
- IELTS score of 7.0
- TOEFL PBT score of 100
If the student has already studied for an undergraduate degree where the primary language is the English language for two years the test requirements wil be waived.
Application Process
- The application forms can be completed in an online portal provided by the organization’s provider.
- Applications online must be completed and can be submitted upon completion of all the required questions at the application forms.
- The application form can be saved as drafts to continue once all required questions and documentation have been completed.
- Before submitting the application, students must be reviewed and complete the documents as required.
- All incomplete applications and documents will not be considered.

- Resume
Applicants must be able to submit their latest CV or resume with 2 pages maximum. - Transcript of Records
The transcript of records must be the official documents and scanned and uploaded along with the application forms., it should be from the secondary institute being attended. - Essay
Must be able to outline 700 words about leadership. Keep in mind that an essay wil be able to help the scholarship committee determine and understand your leadership potentials and abilities. These documents can also determine your analytical and writing skills. - Statement of Purpose
Outlining 500 words about leadership skills. - Letter of recommendation
The letter of recommendation must be the one who can talk about your abilities and academic skills, personal traits, and leadership skills. - Video Introductions
Applicants must be able to provide a video introduction about their self and the video must consist of the applicant’s lifestyles, personality, and interests. The video will be used for the scholarship committee to hear out your voice as you demonstrate yourself.

Selection Process
Interested candidates participate in a meticulous and in-depth selection process that aims to indicate the most promising young leaders worldwide. Those selected must have demonstrated the ability to understand and contribute effectively to the program so that it can evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.
The selected students will be notified through their registered email upon application.
Review and Interview
All applications will be reviewed thoroughly by the scholarship committee. The scholarship committee are consist of the global leaders in business, governments, and academic leaders worldwide.
All selected students will be interviewed from October to November. The interview will be about the leadership skills and experience of the candidates.

Scholarship Deadline
The application for the scholarship will be until September 20, 2022. The scholarship wil be offered annually.
The selected students must be able to read and agreed on the scholarship terms and conditions.
Fees
There will be no fees on the application of the scholarship program. Interviews and other related fees will be shouldered by the scholarship program.
