The CSAE Visiting Fellowship program provides funding for a residency in Oxford during the months of January through March. This funding covers the cost of flights, housing, and a modest stipend. African students who are now pursuing a career in economics are eligible to apply for the initiative. Citizens of any and all African nations are encouraged to submit an application. The Gustafsson & Skrondal Visiting Scholarship is administered by the University of Oslo’s Centre for Educational Measurement (CEMO). As part of the visiting scholar program, CEMO and the University of Oslo host a number of young researchers from Norway and elsewhere each year.

- The call for applications to become a CSAE Visiting Fellow in 2024 is currently available. Everyone who applies is required to submit their materials through our website’s application portal. In order to be considered, applicants are required to submit a curriculum vitae and a research statement that is at least 400 words long.
