The University of Malta is the highest teaching institution in Malta. It is publicly funded and is open to all those who have the requisite qualifications. Just over 11,000 students are currently pursuing studies at Foundation, Undergraduate, and Post-graduate level.
The University of Malta is pleased to offer a funded position for Master of Science in Chemistry for students of Malta and outside the Malta. This Project financed by WizaR&D Ltd through the MarSA fund of the Malta Maritime Authority and the TAKEOFF Business Incubator.Number of scholarships that will be provided this year is unknown.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, the following criteria must be met:
– The degree of Bachelor of Science with at least Second Class Honours in an area of study deemed by the Board to be relevant to the proposed area of study and obtained in the 10 years previous to registration for the Course; or
– The Bachelor of Science with Third Class Honours in an area of study deemed by the Board to be relevant to the proposed area of study and obtained in the 10 years previous to registration for the Course, provided that the applicants have obtained other qualifications, including relevant experience, following their first cycle degree. The Board may, at its discretion, require such applicants to follow a preparatory program as specified in bye-law 5.
