Scholarship details
The Hong Kong Arts Development Council or HKADC is calling all applicants for a scholarship called the International Leadership Program in Visual Arts Management.
Hong Kong Arts Development Council is a constitutional set up by the Government to support the comprehensive development of the arts in Hong Kong. The major role of this council includes a grant allocation, policy, advocacy, promotion and development, and program planning.
HKADC will compromise up to two scholarships to local arts administrators to study the International Leadership Program, with the funding support of the Home Affairs Bureau.
This program is awarded to study the Visual Arts Management program. Amounting up to 11,500$ US Dollar, that covers the tuition fees, Subsistence and travel cost. The travel cost is amounting up to 6,100$ US Dollar, the travel cost will be awarded directly to the recipient.
The scholarship will be awarded to one or two students and can be taken in the USA or Spain. A student who is eligible to this program is a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
Students must have at least 5 years of paid professional working experience in the field of visual arts or any related arts by the application deadline and establish a strong commitment to the areas. A strong command of written and spoken English are required.
