The Paris Institute for Advanced Study (Paris IAS) is welcoming applications for two calls for applications for the research fellowships in the academic year 2019-2020 for researchers of all nationalities. The essential mission of the Paris IAS is to be an exploration focus tied down in the humanities and sociologies (HSS), with the point of cultivating a productive exchange between researchers from various social and disciplinary foundations.
- One call for 5 or 10-month cooperations in the “Blue Sky Research” program, open to all discipline and subjects in the humanities and sociologies.
- One call for 5 or 10-month cooperations in the “Cerebrum, Culture and Society” program. This call is for the researchers willing to lead a venture at the interface between neuroscience, psychological science, and the humanities and sociologies.
The fellowship will be covering the round-trip ticket to Paris for the successful international students including the housing, travel, insurances, support for the researchers such as financial support for their work and scientific activities, events, seminars and other lectures in related to their course. The students must have strong communication skills in English. The candidates are likewise anticipated that would comprehend composed and communicated in French, as logical and social exercises are held in French and English.
