The Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the President of the International Campus are pleased to invite all foreign students to apply for the 2017/2018 scholarships. Students who are interested to pursue their studies at Tehran University of Medical Sciences- International Campus is also known as TUMS-IC. The scholarship is for the students undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
This scholarship scheme is to increase the development of the mutual understanding and scientific exchange of scholars and students of Iran and scholars and students from the rest of the world. The Tehran University of Medical Sciences is known to be the best university in the field of medical sciences in Iran and being the second best medical academy in the Middle East.
The University scholarship programs are set to facilitate students and scholars for international students who want to conduct their study and research at TUMS-IC, except for the citizens of Iran.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship student on undergraduate level must finish the high school level, and for graduate students, students must have had obtained a degree in the field related to the desired field of study.

- Advanced Technology in Medicine
- Allied Health Sciences
- Public Health
- Nursing
- Midwifery
The teaching language will be in English. Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English.
This scholarship range from 3,000 up to 15,000 US$ Dollar. Covering the students’ travel allowance (transport from the airport), housing, partial food plans, computer labs, sports and student membership union, library, and access from the internet.
To apply for this scholarship students must complete the application form provided on the University’s Website, once the application has been submitted successfully the Scholarship Coordinator will communicate to the prospective student to submit additional documents.
The deadline for submission is October 31, 2017, for the February 2018 academic session.
