The Umea University now has its eye set on promising, high-achieving international students who are hailing from regions outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. This opens the possibility for a great number of academically apt students to be joining one of the world’s best universities within Sweden.
Mind, if English isn’t your first English then you will have to present a proof that demonstrates your command of English such as it is.
The application deadline is nothing to worry about. You will have time until 15 March 2018 to organize your documentations. Scholarships are online available to students who are pursuing their Master’s degree.
This particular scholarship comes in the form of a tuition waivers, which means that the university will pick up some of the costs you will incur during your study.
There are a handful of criteria:
- Certificates and diplomas of the student’s bachelor’s degree will be much appreciated;
- You will also have to add proof of English, which will prove that you have a sufficient command of English – consider taking a Cambridge, TOEFL or IELTS certificate.
