The Canada’s first research funding programs are inviting all applicants to apply for the IVADO Excellence scholarship for the students to pursue their Masters and Ph.D. program.
This scholarship aims to support a promising student for their future training to be a qualified highly personnel such as professors, researcher, and professionals and more possibly in the data science fields to be a member of IVADO’s areas of excellence, machine learning, operation research and decision science.
The IVADO also wants to bring the industry professionals and academic researcher together to improve a cutting-edge knowledge in the data science, artificial intelligence, and operational research.
Four successful masters student per year amounting up to 20,000$ Dollar per year for two years. Six Doctoral students to be awarded amounting up to 25$ Dollar for a maximum of four years.
The MSc and the PhD students must be enrolled or plan to enroll at the HEC Montreal University or in the University of Alberta. A minimum grade of 3.7/4.3 or 3.5/4.00 upon their previous study.
All students must prepare the supporting documents needed, CV of the students or applicant, Supervisors CV, A support letter maximum of three, a transcript of the record of the previous sessions.
The documents and application must be sent via email and as a pdf form. The deadline for application for this scholarship is until December 15, 2017.
