Scholarship details
Jacqueline Shearer was a strong and loving woman who served as a sister, a daughter, and a friend to all. During her 11 and ½ year battle against a brain tumor, Jacqueline never lost hope and as a tribute to that courage, the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults established the Jacqueline Shearer Memorial Scholarship.
The scholarship was made to help young adults to pursue college after being affected by a cancer either personally or indirectly through a struggling loved one. The applicant must only need to submit a general application form in order to be considered for the numerous scholarships offered by the foundation.
