The NBC Universal Scholarship program aims to support and encourage outstanding Latino students interested in the media and entertainment industries to pursue a bachelor‘s degree from a post-secondary institution in the United States.
The National Education Service Centers of LULAC, Inc. seek to develop America’s future workforce by effectively preparing youth for jobs in the new economy.
Host Nationality
The NBC Universal/LNESC Scholarship Program is sponsored by NBCUniversal and administered by the LULAC National Educational Service Centers (LNESC).

Eligible Nationality
The NBC universal scholarship is open to outstanding Latino students interested in the media and entertainment industries to pursue a bachelor’s degree from a post-secondary institution in the United States.
NBC Universal Scholarship Worth
Scholarship NBC Universal offers ten (10) scholarships worth $5,000 to winners annually. The $5,000 scholarship will be divided into two equal payments of $2,500 paid on September 15 and January 31.
NBC Universal Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible for universal scholarship 2022, the applicant must be a postgraduate or undergraduate student.
Additionally, the applicant must be a United States Citizen, under the age of 25 as of 2022 Open to Currently Enrolled High School Seniors or College Freshmen.
How to Apply for LNESC/NBC 2022 Universal Scholarships
LNESC/NBC Universal Scholarship Applicants 2022 Must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Be an aspiring student or a full-time enrolled student at a college or university
- At least 18 years or older
- Have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- US citizen or permanent resident
- If you have an interest in the media and entertainment industry, all majors are welcome.
