The scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction for selected eligible students for the duration of their bachelor’s program at UCM or MSP. The scholarship amount is as follows:
• The tuition fee waiver covers the difference between the UCM/MSP tuition fee and the national tuition fee set by the Dutch government.
• The national tuition fee for the academic year 2023/24 is €2,168 per year.
• The UCM/MSP tuition fee for the academic year 2023/24 is €10,900 per year.
• Therefore, the tuition fee waiver amounts to €8,732 per year.

To be eligible for The UCM/MSP Tuition fee waiver, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be applying for the Liberal Arts & Sciences programme of UCM or MSP.
• You must hold an EU/EEA passport.
• You must not have personal funds available to pay the higher tuition fee.
• You must not have parents or guardians who are able to support you financially.
• You must not have access to maintenance grants or subsidized loans.
To apply for The UCM/MSP Tuition fee waiver, you must first apply for admission to your desired bachelor’s program at UCM or MSP via Studielink. You must submit your application before the deadline specified by each program, which may vary depending on the program. Once you have applied for admission, you must simultaneously submit a waiver request to [email protected] (for UCM applicants) or [email protected] (for MSP applicants). The request for a waiver should include the following documents:
