Scholarship details
As one of the fastest growing Airline Company of the world, Qatar Airways is giving a scholarship grant to all Qatari nationals who dreamed to pursue their undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the National University Studies Scholarship Programme. It aims to develop young students to fulfill their dreams in academic path.
Qatar Airways which is presently routing flights to the six continents worldwide has a deep humane touch to its people to become part of their team of brilliant workforce. As one of the aims of Qatar Airways in caring for its nationalities is by giving a scholarship program to study in the universities in Qatar in areas of Aviation management, Business and Journalism.
Qualification
- Be a Qatari National (or Qatari mother).
Qatari Applicant
- Valid Secondary school certificate for the current or the previous year.
- Obtain an overall 80% or equivalent in High School with a minimum 80% in Math, English and Science.
- English proficiency as below IELTS: 5.5 not less than 5 in each component (not less than 5.5 in Writing and Reading each) and TOEFL CBT: 196, TOEFL iBT: 70
Qatari Mother Applicant
- Valid Secondary school certificate for the current or the previous year.
- Obtain an overall 90% or equivalent in High School with a minimum 90% in Math, English and Science.
- English proficiency as below: IELTS: 6 not less than 5.5 in each component (not less than 5.5 in Writing and Reading each) and TOEFL CBT: 196, TOEFL iBT: 70
- Comply with the company’s medical test
- Have a certificate clearance from the police department
- Satisfactorily passed the interview process
Must secure applicant’s passport, CV and Educational certificate. This scholarship is open until December 31, 2017 for the nationalities of Middle East, Qatar and Doha. Scholarship programme will focus on the Human Resources area which provides a generous compensation and perks packages.
