Scholarship details
Due to economic problems faced by the Japanese Government in 21st century, Japanese had to take extra miles to develop their economy from downfall. Developmental advancement especially in social sciences, economics, law, politics and research are among the focus of the advancement.
In order to attain such step up The Nomura Foundation is established to address such issues. They believe that in order to provide education to foreign students, it will train them to become more productive and can contribute in fostering the Japan economy.
Every year, the Nomura Foundation Foreign Student Scholarships provides scholarship programs to the college students to finish their Graduate School . Access to scholarship are present in the six universities in Japan as such Tokyo, Hitotsubashi, Kyoto, Osaka, Waseda and Keio.
An amount of ¥ 200,000 per month is granted to the successful chosen candidate which will cover school tuition fees, academic requirements and some more. In order to apply, applicants must complete their college degree and wish to intend in pursuing post graduate in social sciences and Humanities. As much as (¥ 600,000 per year) will be provided and subsidized by the Japanese government to ensure that completion of the graduate school program.
Deadline of application will be on September 29, 2017 which will be sent via snail mail. International students who wish to apply and English is not the native language must show competence in the English literacy skills.
