Scholarship details
The Refrigeration School (RSI) trained individuals to become professionals since 1965. RSI offers career focused training for entry-level heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC/R), residential and commercial electrical wiring and solar installation technicians.
RSI’s highly trained, experienced industry professional, instructors main goal is to assist students gaining the skills and knowledge necessary for employment and professional growth. RSI offers career focused training and support to all its students to ensure that their educational experience is a rewarding one. The RSI campus in Phoenix metropolitan area has over 26,000 square feet of training facilities.
The RSI Tribal Scholarship will award $2,000 to the student’s account over the 2nd half of the 1st academic year of the student’s program, towards any degree or diploma program. Only one RSI Tribal Scholarship will be awarded, to the most beneficial student.
The requirements for RSI Tribal Scholarship:
- Candidates must be Native American, Alaskan Native, or Native Hawaiian.
- Certification document of verification of Native Blood, Affidavit of Indian Blood, Birth Certificate, and Photo ID. At least one of the following forms are required for verification.
- Candidates must meet all other admissions requirements and be scheduled to start training prior to applying for this scholarship.
- Candidates must present required documentation before 20 August 2018.
- Applications are to be submitted prior to starting classes.
