The NASA Hubble Fellowship Program (NHFP) is calling out all outstanding postdoctoral scientists to apply for the scholarship grants with salary support for consecutive three year scholarship grant. This scholarship aims to provide support to the post-doctoral scientists to pursue research independently at the United States which is the institutional host of the program. Open to all International applicants with completion to the eligibility requirements.
Area of research study is in the field of NASA Astrophysics with theory based applications along with observation, experimentation and the instrumental developmental process.
Based in Baltimore, MD the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore is under the operational management of the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy. It aims to help the humanity in exploring the universe with the aid of the advanced telescope equipment and the gathered data archives. Since 1982, the year Space Telescope Science Institute was established it had helped several guides for the observatory using the Hubble Space Telescope.
Excellent command of the English language is needed but to not native speakers, must show somehow proof of evidence showing higher level of English literacy.
Grant monies will include the support for health insurance, relocation costs, travel, computing services, publications, and independent research costs. Note that the research will focus in the NASA Astrophysics only. Salaries given will be determined by the NHFP with computation for retirement and other perks.
