Scholarship details
The Vitamin Scholarship is given to students who are studying in the Dalhousie University. The scholarship program was established to in order to promote activities related to vitamin products, including consumer protection activities, consumer services, food-related programs, and food and nutritional research or education. These vitamins are inclusive of all types offered like methionine, canthazanthin, beta carotene, and vitamins H, E, C, A, B12, B9, B8, B6, B5, B4, B3, and B2.
Vitamin Scholarship awards a total amount of $19,000 to students under a Master’s degree program and $21,000 to students under a Doctorate’s degree program. The scholarship covers 12-month academic year. This scholarship is offered once or twice every year. For thesis programs, students can also apply for the scholarship as long as they as enrolled in the Dalhousie University before the application process.
Students who want to benefit from this scholarship can only use it if they are studying at Dalhousie University. The university is recognized internationally to be one of the most welcoming universities in North America today. It was founded in the year 1818 and was named as one of the oldest universities to be established in Canada. Dalhousie University houses more than 18,800 students who came from all over the world. It offers great transformative academic programs that include pioneering research when it comes to the East Coast of Canada.
This Vitamin Scholarship is only offered to Dalhousie University students. After being awarded, the beneficiary must remember that fees were not waived from the award and so must be paid out from it.
