The University of Connecticut offers a tuition fee award for the international students who will be commencing their undergraduate degrees in the USA. The Global Excellence Award offered by the university will give way to the international students who are currently struggling with financial incapability to pursue their studies. The University of Connecticut is one of the leading universities in the USA that aims to provide the students with different perspectives and diversity into traditions and cultures. International students must meet all the criteria given by the university. The students must be admitted to the university and submit all the necessary documents needed to pursue their applications such as an academic transcript of records and degrees. The application for the scholarship can be access through the university’s online application form. Keep in mind that upon application, the students must submit the recommendation letter and an essay to be considered for the scholarship program.
The international students must submit an English Proficiency score to the university upon application. All deserving students who will earn the scholarship award will be notified through their email. The deadline for application is until December 1, 2021, and will be offered annually by the university.
