The International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) program will support top global students who are beginning UBCO doctoral projects. The association gives financing to a sum of four years, a $25,000 stipend in addition to their tuition cost for a long time from the College of Graduate Studies, likewise, every beneficiary’s supervisor, department office, or Faculty may wish to give extra finances involved honors, showing assistantships and additionally explore assistantships in any or the greater part of the four years of the Fellowship.
The students whose first dialect isn’t English must show capability in English by submitting acceptable scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
The students must be able to follow the given requirements:
- Hold a substantial students visa and be enrolled full time when they start their UBCO doctoral program
- Be beginning a UBCO doctoral program in September 2018
- For quick track students (who propel or exchange from a master’s to a doctoral program without finishing their graduate degree), the date of exchange to the doctoral program must be September 2018
- Have a confirmation GPA of the top of the line standing.
The deadline for this fellowship is until February 2, 2018.
