Scholarship details
The VLIR-UOS scholarships for master’s programs in Flanders, Belgium support partnerships between universities and university colleges, in Flanders and Southern Belgium, seeking answers to global and local challenges. ICP Connect study programs are accredited international study programs organized at one or more Flemish universities.
All academic programs focus on topics aligned with the 2030 Agenda and the principles of the SDGs.
VLIR-UOS supports a selection of 15 ICPs and provides the annual admission of 10 new first-year scholarships for each ICP.

APPLYING FOR AN ICP CONNECT SCHOLARSHIP
Candidates who meet all the selection criteria can apply for an ICP Connect scholarship (note that each academic institution may impose additional criteria).
NATIONALITY AND COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
Candidates must be citizens of one of the 29 eligible countries and must be residents of those countries (not necessarily the same country at the time of application).

What benefits do the VLIR-UOS Flanders, Belgium, Master’s Programs Scholarships offer?
The VLIR-UOS scholarships cover tuition fees, travel, insurance, and living expenses (food and accommodation).
NOTES
a. Scholarships are only offered for the full duration of the Master’s program (12/24 months).
b. It is not possible to apply for a partial scholarship.
c. Scholarship costs may change based on government funding decisions.
